Seriously, the audience will truly have to forgive my recent disappearing act. I have to tell you the truth, my holidays really have not been the same since my grandmother passed away 4 years ago. And around this time I get into a slight funk. So, I have not really felt the desire to write. Nevertheless, I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful and safe holidays. I am definitely ready for the new year. Last year was absolutely fantastic. I moved up from the hospital to our corporate office at Trinity Health. I spoke at Blogging While Brown in California. I spoke at a local Detroit church for a back-to-school workshop. I started writing online for UPTOWN Magazine on a weekly basis. Yes, I was truly blessed. Hopefully, the year 2012 will be great as well-with plans of me becoming Papa Palmer. Stay tuned. Talk to you later.

Congratulations Dad. I have You in my prayers. I share your in your pain my Great Grand Mother passed away last year. I can truly say its not the same.
